Whether you are conducting formal interviews, hosting information sessions, or engaging in specialized recruiting events, our team is here to help manage the logistics so you can focus on building your brand and connecting with top Purdue talent.

We recommend beginning your planning 4–6 weeks before your intended visit. Rather than managing complex system workflows, we invite you to work directly with our Employer Relations team to tailor your visit.

ON-CAMPUS INTERVIEW OPTIONS

While the Purdue Career Gateway (PCG) remains the hub for posting positions and collecting applications, we offer flexible models for your on-campus interview day:

• Managed Interview Schedule (Pre-select): You post your position in the Purdue Career Gateway, review applicants, and invite candidates. Our team manages the room assignments and student scheduling logistics.

• Room Reservation Only: Need a private space to conduct your own pre-arranged interviews? We can reserve interview suites for your exclusive use. Please submit your finalized interview schedule to your CCO coordinator at least 2 business days prior to your arrival.

• Resume Collection: If you prefer to manage the interview process off-site or virtually, use the Purdue Career Gateway to collect and screen resumes, then contact your selected candidates directly to coordinate interviews at your convenience.

MAXIMIZE YOUR VISIT

An interview day is more effective when paired with broader student engagement. When you coordinate with our team, we can help you integrate the following:

• Information Sessions: Host a presentation or casual meet-and-greet to build awareness before your interviews.

• Targeted Outreach: We can assist in marketing your open roles directly to specific departments or student organizations that align with your hiring profile.

• Day-of Support: Our staff is on-site to assist and help your day on campus run smoothly.
